PROJECT SOLUTIONS

J.C. Higgins handled all mechanical systems construction and installation in the North Block 37-story, 400 luxury condominium tower. In addition, J.C. Higgins installed a new Halon fire protection system in the South Block, which houses luxury condominiums, as well as the new Ritz-Carlton Hotel, L.A. Sports Club, and Loew's cinemas.

Millennium Place is a dramatic addition to Boston's skyline. Spanning 3.7 acres, the site is being developed at an estimated cost of $500-million and includes 1.8-million square feet of hotel, condominium, retail, sports club, and cinema space.
