HVAC systems design/build and installation of a custom-built, triple-stacked air handling units supplied the necessary commercial heating, cooling, and exhaust capabilities with a smaller footprint than parallel units. This allowed the client to devote more space in its new facility to research activities and accomplish its objectives more efficiently.
PROJECT SOLUTIONS
J.C. Higgins handled complete mechanical systems installation, including all commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) shell and core, and tenant fit out, as well as a new chiller plant.
J.C. Higgins performed under adverse conditions, because of difficult coordination and phased mechanical construction at a very congested work site.
