PROJECT SOLUTIONS

J.C. Higgins handled the shell and core mechanical systems installation with tenant fit out during the 14-month construction schedule.

The unique design called for rooftop HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) installation of heavy air intake and exhaust with 18 custom-built air handling units 8 feet high and 48 feet long.
