PROJECT SOLUTIONS
J.C. Higgins completed four separate mechanical construction services projects. In addition to the complex, comprehensive mechanical systems installation for ambulatory and surgical facilities, Higgins installed the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems for the new 10-story building for children, women, and newborns, which comprises a medical laboratory, delivery rooms, and a neonatal intensive care unit, as well as patient rooms. Higgins was also responsible for full mechanical construction and installation at the 12-story dormitory, and the new eight-story laboratory and classroom research facility.
