HVAC SERVICES PROJECT FEATURES

J.C. Higgins commercial HVAC systems installation services included water cooled Trane A/C units located on (and servicing) each floor of the 24 story-development.

Condenser water systems serve a building load of 2,000 tons as well as the adjacent building at 75 Arlington Street.

The condenser water plant consists of (4) Baltimore air coil cooling towers at 7,700 GPM, (3) Mueller Accutherm plate heat exchangers and (8) Bell & Gossett horizontal split case pumps at 2,300 GPM each.
